DADDY'S PUNCH | |
Combine in a 1 gallon bottle: 1 46 oz can of pineapple juice 1 28 oz bottle (750ml) of Apple Jack (Dad used Laird's but any brand will do) 1 750 ml bottle apple wine Color with Grenadine until an orange-pink color. Shake and blend in gallon jug and refrigerate for 2 days before serving. Note: Add a few sections of oranges and grapefruit to the jug for a Sheirich Special. Kearney calls it "Daddy's Punch". A great drink recipe for social gatherings, a mild tasting punch that appeals to women, but it packs a hard wallop for the several glass drinker. Makes 12 8 oz servings. Serve in 8 oz cocktail glasses or use 4 oz. wine, cordial or small cocktail glass. Better make 2 batches, as it will not last long. Submitted by: Kearney Sheirich, Spring Hill, Fl. |
