HOMEMADE NOODLES 
2 eggs
4 tbsp. light cream
4 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 to 2 c. flour

In large bowl, beat eggs until light and foamy. Stir in cream and water and mix well. Sift together baking soda, baking powder, salt, and 1 cup flour. Add to egg mixture. Gradually add more flour until mixture forms a dough that can be rolled out on a board. Roll out 1/8 inch thick on floured board. Sprinkle a little flour over dough and roll dough up jelly roll style. Slice into 1/4 inch slices. Unroll slices and let dry 5-10 minutes. Cook in chicken broth as directed above.
