1 c. flour 1 egg 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. butter 1/4 tsp. butter flavoring 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1 tbsp. milk Put flour in small bowl. Make a well in center and add other ingredients. Mix with fork until mixture forms a stiff dough. Roll dough very thin on floured board. Let stand 20 minutes. Sprinkle lightly with flour and roll up. Slice roll into thin strips. Shake out and dry at least 2 hours. Drop into boiling broth. Cook 10 minutes or until tender. |
