HOMEMADE NOODLES 
2 eggs
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Enough flour to make a soft dough

Beat eggs well. Add water, milk, and salt. Then add flour until you have a soft dough. Put out on a floured board and knead until dough is ready. Roll out and thin. Let dry for 5 minutes and cut in strips. Put in boiling broth and cook for 10 minutes.
