HAM LOAF IN SAUCE 
1 lb. smoked ham, ground
1 1/2 lb. fresh pork, ground
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. milk
2 eggs
Pepper

Mix meat with milk, pepper, eggs, and crumbs. Form into loaf. Place in roaster.

Pour the following mixture over loaf: 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 c. vinegar 1/2 c. water

Mix all together; pour over loaf and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Baste often.

NOTE: This ham loaf is delicious.
