LADY'S CLUB HAM LOAF WITH
MUSTARD SAUCE
 
1 lb. raw smoked ham
2 lb. shoulder pork
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, cut fine

Have meat put through grinder twice. Add rest of ingredients. Put in bread loaf pan. Cover with tomato soup. Serve with:

MUSTARD SAUCE:

1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. tomato soup
2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 egg yolks

Cook everything except egg yolks until hot. Slightly beat yolks and gradually add a little hot sauce; then add to rest of sauce and cook until it thickens.
