RECIPE COLLECTION
“HAM LOAF” IS IN:

HAM LOAF 
2 lb. ground cured ham
1 1/2 lbs. ground fresh pork
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup cracker crumbs
2 packets Knox gelatine
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Soak gelatine in 4 tablespoons cold water or broth for 10 minutes.

Combine meat, eggs, milk, cracker crumbs, and garlic powder and gelatine mixture. Stir until well mixed.

Form into a loaf. Mix sauce and spread over loaf.

Bake at 350°F. for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 325F and continue baking for about 2 hours.

Sauce:

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. dry mustard

Combine ingredients.
