1 lb. ground ham
1/2 lb. ground pork
2 c. Rice Krispies
1 egg
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Brown sugar

Mix all ingredients together except brown sugar; shape into a loaf and put the brown sugar on all sides making a thick layer. Keep patting on until no moisture shows. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

MUSTARD SAUCE FOR HAM LOAF:

1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. melted butter butter
3 beaten egg yolks
2 beef bouillon cubes

Dissolve the 2 beef bouillon cubes in 1/2 cup boiling water. Add all other ingredients and cook in a double boiler until thick as a medium white sauce.
