HAM LOAF WITH CHERRY SAUCE 
1 lb. fresh ham, ground
1 lb. cured ham, ground
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can red cherries
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch

Soften bread crumbs in milk; add eggs. Mix meat and seasoning. Add to bread mixture. Mix well. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Dissolve cornstarch in cherry juice; add sugar and cherries and cook until thick. Serve over ham loaf.
