FOIL ROASTED POT ROAST 
Round bone pot roast (all fat removed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. yellow mustard
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Carrots, peeled and sectioned
Potatoes, peeled and halves

Mix together mushroom soup, mayonnaise, mustards and onion soup mix. Arrange roast on double thickness of heavy duty foil - enough to seal the whole thin well. Coat roast with sauce (use it all). Arrange peeled potatoes and carrots around roast. Seal tightly. Cook 3-4 hours at 325 degrees.
