1-2 lb. chuck roast
6 med. potatoes, quartered
6-8 carrots, sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton's onion soup mix

Using a 13x9 pan, line with foil. Place your roast in the center of pan and arrange vegetables around it. Mix cream of mushroom soup and onion soup mix together and pour mixture over the roast. Pull up sides of foil together and seal. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours. Serves 4.
