CHUCK ROAST IN FOIL 
3-4 lb. chuck roast
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. dried onion soup mix

Place roast on large sheet of heavy aluminum foil. Pour mushroom soup on top and sprinkle with soup mix. Close foil tightly around roast. Place in roasting pan. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 3 to 3 1/2 hours or until very tender. There will be a very thick gravy when roast is done. Yield: 6 servings.
