7 lb. chuck roast
1-2 pkg. dehydrated onion soup mix

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place the roast on a double thickness of heavy duty foil large enough to envelope it. Sprinkle the meat with 1/2 to 1 package of onion soup mix. Now wrap the roast carefully with the foil, seaming so that no juices can escape.
