FISH WITH TOMATO AND CHEESE
SAUCE
 
In a 9 x 13 inch greased pan, arrange:

2 (1 lb.) fish steaks (I use salmon)
2 c. soft bread cubes (about 2 1/2 slices)
1 1/2 tsp. salt or seafood seasoning
3 tbsp. grated onions
1/3 c. melted butter
1 1/2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Add:

1 can cream of tomato soup or tomato sauce

Bake fish at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.

1/3 lb. grated sharp cheese

Add cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted and bubbly.
