CHEESE BALLS IN TOMATO SAUCE 
1 c. soda crackers
1/2 c. walnuts or pecans
1/2 c. grated cheese
3-4 eggs
1 sm. onion
1 clove garlic
Parsley, sage & salt to taste

Using processor chop cheese, crackers, nuts and onion separately. Then mix together and put through processor together including the garlic. The 2nd time through the processor help to bind the ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients. If dry add 1/4 cup water to moisten.

Drop by teaspoonful on Pam sprayed cookie sheet. Bake 25-30 minutes until brown (350 degrees). Place in tomato sauce and simmer 1 hour approximately.

TOMATO SAUCE:

Brown a little celery and onion in 1 teaspoon oil. Add 1 quart tomato juice. (May use V-8 juice, pureed tomatoes or thinned spaghetti sauce.)
