BAKED ZITI WITH CHEESE AND
TOMATO SAUCE
 
8 oz. ziti
4 oz. shredded Mozzarella
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
16 oz. Ricotta cheese
32 oz. spaghetti sauce

Cook ziti and mix with sauce in bowl. Combine Ricotta, 2 oz. Mozzarella and 1/4 cup Parmesan. Place half of ziti on bottom of 9x11 inch pan. Spoon cheese mixture on top. Add the rest of the ziti. Sprinkle with 2 oz. Mozzarella. Cover with foil; bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
