Q.'S HOMINY CASSEROLE 
1 lg. onion, minced
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 stick butter
3 tsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. mushrooms, drained
1 sm. can pimento, chopped
1 lg. can white hominy, rinsed
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Tabasco and season salt to taste
1 1/2 c. sweet milk
1 c. sharp Cheddar, shredded
1 c. ripe olives, chopped
1 pkg. slivered almonds

Melt butter. Cook pepper and onion in melted butter until tender. Add flour and milk to make a white sauce. Add all other ingredients and mix with hominy. Pour in casserole dish. Top with slivered almonds. Bake at 325 degrees until thick and bubbly.
