Use foil liners.

12 vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Place one vanilla wafer in each liner. Mix: vanilla, cream cheese, and sugar on medium until well blended. Add eggs and mix well. Pour over wafers filling 3/4 full. Bake 25 minutes at 325 degrees. Top with one of the following: spoonful of pie filling, fresh fruit, shaved chocolate. Be creative!
