MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomatoes
1 can whole kernel corn
1 env. taco seasoning mix
1 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
Salt, pepper, Accent

In fry pan on top of stove, brown ground beef, drain excess fat. Add taco seasoning mix, tomatoes, corn, salt, pepper and Accent. Simmer about 3 minutes. Transfer to casserole dish.

Prepare cornbread mix, adding slightly more milk so it will be of pouring consistency. Pour on top of casserole. Bake in oven until cornbread is brown. Add onion and bell pepper, chopped, to meat mixture.
