MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped med. size onion

Brown together until meat is done. Can add chopped celery and bell pepper. Add 1 tablespoon chili powder, salt, pepper, and cumin. Add 1 can Ranch style beans, 1 can cream style corn, and 2 cans tomato sauce. Mix up one cornbread mix; leave it pretty thin. Pour the meat mixture into a 13 x 9 inch casserole dish. Pour the cornbread over the top. Bake in 400 degree oven until cornbread is done.
