CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c. oil
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

Place flour and sugar in large bowl; mix butter, oil, cocoa and water in pan and boil. Pour over dry ingredients. Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and cinnamon. Mix all together. Grease jelly roll pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 minutes. While cake bakes prepare frosting.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. buttermilk
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Nuts, if desired

Bring butter, cocoa and buttermilk to a boil. Remove from heat. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts. Mix with electric beater, spread over hot cake.
