FALL FRUIT SALAD RING 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. red flavor Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold grapefruit juice
Ice cubes
1 c. diced apple or pear
1/2 c. banana slices
1/4 c. celery

Completely dissolve Jello in boiling water. Combine juice and ice cubes to make 2 1/2 cups. Add to Jello and stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Fold in fruit and celery. Pour into 6 cup ring mold. Chill until firm, about 4 hours, or overnight.
