QUICK CHILI SAUCE 
4 qts. tomatoes
6 med. onions
2 lg. green peppers
1 pt. vinegar
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. salt
1 bunch celery
2 lg. red peppers
1-2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon

Chop tomatoes, onions, peppers and celery; add salt. Let stand overnight. Drain and add the remaining ingredients. Boil 5 minutes in pressure canner or 15 minutes in cold water bath.
