QUICK BATCH CHILI 
16 oz. can tomatoes
2 c. frozen chopped cooked beef or pork
15 1/2 oz. can red kidney beans
3 oz. tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp. dried minced onions
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 c. water
Dash garlic, ground
3 tbsp. dried diced bell peppers

In a 4-quart kettle combine the undrained tomatoes, chopped beef or pork, undrained kidney beans, tomato paste, water, dried bell pepper, dried minced onion, chili powder, oregano, salt, cumin and garlic powder. Bring the mixture to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, about 20 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
