TEXAS BURRITOS
1 dozen flour tortillas
8 oz. sour cream
1 lb. ground beef
Ranch style beans
1 can whole kernel corn
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder
3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can chili without beans
1 jar picante sauce (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown and drain ground beef. Add ranch style beans, and drained whole kernel corn, salt, pepper, and chili powder. Simmer uncovered for 6-10 minutes (while simmering add picante sauce to taste - optional). Take unheated flour tortillas and add to each: 2 tablespoons of meat mixture, 1 teaspoon of sour cream, and shredded cheese. As you prepare each burrito, lay them in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Top with chili and remainder of cheese and picante sauce (optional). Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. (Dish freezes well and can be microwaved.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
