OVEN CARAMEL CORN 
5 qt. popped popcorn
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. dark syrup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. dry roasted peanuts (opt.)

Combine sugar, butter, syrup and salt. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in soda. Pour at once over popcorn, place in large roasting pan (spray roasting pan with Pam). Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour. Stir every 10 to 15 minutes. Cool and store in tightly covered container.
