CHEESE CAKE CUPCAKES 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling

Beat first 4 ingredients together until creamy. Put vanilla wafer in bottom of cupcake paper. Pour mixture over top until 3/4 full. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. When cool, top with cherry pie filling. Keep refrigerated.
