CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. back fin crab meat
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, beaten
Pinch of red pepper
1/2 tsp. mustard (regular)
12-14 crackers

Put crab meat in bowl and check for shells. Do not break up meat any more than you have to. In a separate bowl mix all other ingredients with a fork. Crush crackers until they are almost like crumbs. Mix into crab meat. You may have to add more crackers if mixture seems too moist.
