CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crab meat (approx. 3 c.)
1 slice bread, crust removed
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. soft butter

Soak bread in beaten egg and mix well. Add rest of ingredients except butter. Mix well. Place in crab shells and put butter on top. Put on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees or until brown on top. Sprinkle paprika on top.
