1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding (sugar free)
4 c. skim milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lite cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (8 inch) plastic flower pot
1 new trowel

In small bowl beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

In large bowl beat milk and pudding about 2 minutes until smooth. Add cheese mixture to puddings. Refrigerate.

Crush cookies fairly fine. Fold Cool Whip into pudding mixture. Put a layer of cookie crumbs in bottom of pot, then a layer of pudding, alternating and ending with cookies (3 layers cookies, 2 pudding). Refrigerate 3-6 hours. When ready to serve, place flowers in pot and serve with trowel. A fun dessert and good.
