1 qt. sauerkraut (plastic bag, not canned)
2 c. celery, diced
2 c. sugar
1 c. apples, diced
1 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. cider vinegar

Drain sauerkraut. Mix together with all other ingredients. Let stand for several hours before serving.
