1 pkg. extra moist white cake mix
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. lemon
1/4 c. sugar

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine and blend thoroughly cake mix, butter, egg, milk and lemon extract. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Roll in sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart. Bake 12 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 3 dozen cookies.
