1 c. sugar
1 c. corn oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Mix ingredients and chill overnight. Roll into balls and press then with a fork. Sprinkle tops with sugar.

Bake 7 to 10 minutes of 350 degrees or until golden.
