CROCK POT BEEF STEW 
2 or 2 1/2 lbs. stew meat
8 to 10 med. potatoes, peeled and cubed
6 to 8 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 tsp. herb seasoning
2 cans cream of celery soup, undiluted
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 soup can of water

Mix meat, potatoes and carrots together in crock pot. Sprinkle soup mix and herb seasoning over the top. Then spread cans of soup on it. Add water to the crock pot. Turn it to low and cook 8 to 10 hours.
