TERIYAKI OVER RICE 
2 lb. round steak, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove garlic, pressed
Hot cooked rice

Combine all ingredients for marinade. Add beef, let stand one hour. Preheat large skillet until water drops sizzle. Pour meat and marinade into pan and cook 1 to 2 minutes for medium rare. Serve over rice immediately. Serves 4 to 6.
