WILD RICE STUFFED STEAK 
16 oz. pkg. long grain wild rice mix
1 slightly beaten egg
1/4 c. sliced green onion with tops
6 beef strip steaks
1/4 c. teriyaki sauce

Cook rice according to package directions. Cool slightly; stir in egg and onion. Preheat broiler. Cut a pocket in each steak. Stuff with rice mixture. Broil steaks 4" from heat until desired doneness. (Allow 4 to 6 minutes on each side for medium-rare.) Brush often with teriyaki sauce. Garnish with mushrooms and watercress, if desired. Serves 6.

May add water to sauce for a more mild taste. May use Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce instead of teriyaki.
