VENISON TERIYAKI WITH RICE 
2 lb. venison steak
2 c. uncooked instant rice
3 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. green peppers
1 c. beef broth

Add olive oil and soy sauce to skillet stir garlic, lemon juice and brown sugar. Heat until the liquid begins to steam. Add thin strips steak and cook until almost done, meanwhile prepare rice according to package instructions. Now add to meat, mushrooms, green peppers and beef broth. Cover and slowly, cook until steaming hot. Ladle meat over a bed of rice and serve. This recipe serves 4.
