TERIYAKI OVER RICE 
2 lbs. round steak, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove garlic, pressed
Hot cooked rice

Combine all ingredients for marinade. Add beef; let stand for 1 hour. Preheat large skillet until water drops sizzle. Pour meat and marinade into pan and cook 1-2 minutes for medium rare. Serve over rice immediately.
