SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE 
3 c. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/3 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well. Pour into greased casserole dish. Spread topping over.

TOPPING:

1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 stick butter

Mix ingredients and spread over the casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
