1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. water

Cream sugar, butter and egg. Add remaining ingredients. Roll out on floured surface and cut with cookie cutters.
