CREAM POTATO CASSEROLE 
10 lg. potatoes
2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
5 green onions & tops chopped
1 pt. sour cream
2 eggs
6 slices bacon, fried & crumbled

Cream the potatoes. Mix the sour cream, butter and chopped onions with tops and 1 cup of the cheese, thoroughly blended together. Top with other cup of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Garnish the top with eggs and bacon.
