This cobbler came out perfect! I didn't add any of the juice so it was a little dry for my taste but the crust came out crunchy (a wonderful surprise). I will probably add the a little juice the next time. Great simple recipe to had down to my children..

I made this cobbler today to eat with smoked chopped Boston butt and potato salad to celebrate this 4th of July weekend. Fantastic peach cobbler!!! I doubled the crust and used fresh South Carolina peaches with a sprinkling of sugar and cinnamon on top. This is an easy and delicious recipe. I plan to make this again and again with blackberries and blueberries too.

This was really good. We had as TON of peaches and made a double batch. I need to remember to use unsalted butter in the pan. Other than that, this was really good. My father and I enjoyed this.

This is okay.... I added cinnamon sugar mixture to the top of the peaches and then made 2 more servings of batter on the top. Let's see how it comes out.

My family and I loved this! I used vanilla instead of almond. It was gone in five minutes. They wanted a second one in the same night but they have to wait until tomorrow.

We love this recipe. It's simple and DELICIOUS! I am not a cook and prepared this in less than 10 minutes 35 minutes cook time. I did use Swan's Down cake flour and doubled the ingredients for the crust. (I did only use 1/4 C butter and one can of peaches in lite syrup, like the recipe requires.) I also springled the top w/ sugar and cinnamon after I took it out the oven. With these minor modifications, it came out perfectly ~ just like we like it: not too sweet, not too greasy w/ butter, and w/ LOTS of crust. Oh, this will definitely be a treat for our employees and family!

I needed something sweet to make with limited ingredients and stumbled across this. It's fast; it's easy! You can make it as you're finishing your cooking for dinner, throw it in the oven and it's perfect by the time you're ready for dessert! I added a tiny bit of cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract instead of the almond... topped it with a sprinkle of slow oats and brown sugar, and served it with vanilla ice cream as suggested. It's a lovely little dessert with minimal effort!
