ROCKY MOUNTAIN EGG 
Bread
Egg
Butter

Cut a circle from the center of a slice of bread. Butter both sides of slice and circle. Place in frying pan on medium high heat and drop a little butter in the hole so the egg will not stick. Crack egg and very carefully place in the hole of bread. Fry for a few minutes until egg begins to set. The circle will toast in the frying pan while the egg is cooking.
