SURPRISE COCONUT PIE 
4 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
1 can coconut

Combine all ingredients, mix well. Pour into 9 inch pan that has been buttered lightly. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown. This pie makes its own crust.
