1 deep dish pie shell
6 oz. bulk sausage
6 oz. pkg. Mozzarella cheese
6 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Line unbaked pie shell with half the cheese, cut into strips. Top cheese with cooked, crumbled sausage. Cover with remaining cheese.

Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper and beat well. Pour over ingredients already in pie shell. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve piping hot. Serves 6.
