SWEET POTATO BOURBON PIE 
2 1/2 lbs. cooked, peeled and mashed yams
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 lb. melted butter
1/2 c. bourbon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

In electric mixer put all ingredients except cream and beat until smooth. Spoon into a 10 inch uncooked pie shell and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and decorate with whipped cream.
