MOLASSES OATMEAL BREAD 
4 c. boiling water
2 c. oatmeal
10-12 c. flour
2 pkg. yeast
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. almonds, ground

Pour boiling water over oatmeal, let stand one hour. Mix 2 cups of the flour, yeast and salt. Heat molasses, honey and oil to lukewarm, and stir in dry ingredients. Stir in oatmeal and beat until smooth. Add beaten eggs and nuts. Mix in enough of remaining flour to make dough stiff enough to handle. Knead well. Let rise in covered bowl until double in bulk. Divide into 3 loaf pans. Let rise again.

Bake in 350°F oven for 30 minutes or until loaf sounds hollow when tapped.
