PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Place chopped green pepper, onion and pineapple on paper towel to absorb liquid. Blend all ingredients well. Refrigerate and chill at least 1/2 hour. Shape into ball. Roll in additional pecans, if desired.
