2 large cream cheese, softened
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
1 small box French vanilla pudding (dry)

Mix all ingredients and form into ball. Roll in pecans or coconut. Serve with cinnamon graham crackers. Very refreshing.
