CINNAMON MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 egg

TOPPING:

1 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Combine liquid in bowl. Stir little. Mix with dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Remove immediately and dip muffin in butter. Sprinkle with sugar-cinnamon topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 1 dozen.
